Roof Systems

Copolymer Roof Coatings – These are synthetic rubber coatings in a bright, reflective finish with performance characteristics for any weather. This is a one component system with an attractive application with reflectivity for heat and direct sunlight. Can be used for patching and waterproofing flashings. Simple application via roller, sprayer or brush with non slip properties.

This is an ENERGY STAR approved coating and approved by the Cool Roof Council. Ideal for single ply roof, smooth surfaces and modified bitumen roofs. Available in a variety of colors.

Acrylic Roof Coatings –  This is a simple to apply roof coating and repair system that can easily be applied with a roller, brush or sprayed in 1-3 coats. This monolithic system withstands extreme warm and cold temperature as well as ultraviolet sunlight. Coatings are available in a variety of colors plus option of fabric reinforcement for extra strength.

Chemical Resistant Roof Coatings – This system is ideal for areas near HVAC systems, generators and pumps, exhaust stacks or ventilation areas. Chemical resistant and Ultra Violet Light resistant. Choose from clear or white glossy finish.

Copolymer Roof Walkway Systems – This synthetic rubber coating is perfect for resurfacing many existing roofs with a simple roll on application. Ideal for resurfacing roofs that have been damaged from harsh weather and are leaking. Numerous colors and non skid characteristics are some of the many benefits.
